SP4K Enrollment 
 

SP4K is a free program for all Sun Prairie residents.

Registration will be held at the School District Office at 501 S. Bird Street. For more information about enrollment please visit https://www.sunprairieschools.org/sp4k/enroll.

Children are eligible to enroll in SP4K if they are four-years-old before September 1st. There is no early entrance to SP4K. Children who meet the age eligibility for five-year-old kindergarten are encouraged to enroll in that program with typically developing peers. However, the individual needs of children will be considered and a determination will be made on a case-by-case basis regarding placement of a five-year-old in 4K.

To enroll your child, please bring with you to registration:

• Proof of residence - Current gas, electric, cable or telephone bill (not a cell phone bill)

• Birth certificate (must be an original, not photocopy)

• Current immunization record
